We had this same situation a few years ago when Barry Sanders retired. We
will most likely resolve it the same way.

If he was just injured and out for the season, no changes would be made, as
all of our leagues are keeper leagues.

If the retirement came AFTER our drafts had started, once again no change
would be allowed.

But in this case, Owners that have Williams will be allowed to drop him for
one of the RB's they cut in the past 2 weeks.

Note: If you drop Williams now, and he changes his mind, you still lose him,
and he becomes a Free Agent.
