When you put in for Waivers, you will see the following:

"Hint: You currently have pick number 9 in your waiver wire. Also, you may
enter further instructions
regarding these picks for your commissioner in the box above. "

You can ignore this for the pre-season, as it is most likely wrong. (The
Waiver order for the preseason is the same as it was for the pre-season
draft)

Once the season starts, that "Hint" will be correct each week.
